Job description
In charge of all of the company's administration, e.g. running the offices, scheduling meetings, coordinating transportation and accommodation, working vis-à-vis subcontractors, in charge of paper work, filing, book keeping, working vis-à-vis the CEO and the accountants, answering emails, hosting guests, etc.

Qualification

University graduate. 2-3 years working experience in healthcare related industry preferred

Effective communication skills

Organized, accurate and efficient

Independent, self-motivated and reliable

Very good interpersonal relationship and yet have a "backbone"

Fluent in English & Chinese (speaking, reading & writing). Good writing skill in Chinese official documents is preferred
